Above all, garlic bags the race as it is full of medicinal properties. Due to the presence of a compound called, alliin, it possesses medicinal properties that help our immune system to fight against diseases like flu.

Researches prove that healthier the microbial diversity, noteworthy is the boost in immunity. Exercising also enhances the quality of sleep, which in turn suppresses our immune system.

Drink Plenty Water

Drinking water in adequate amount helps in the production of lymph. Lymph is the first line of defense against diseases. Water also releases toxins from our body and this, in turn, prevents our immune system from having a negative impact of toxins.
